Cathal Can Sign is an illustrated book for children to learn about Irish Sign Language and Gaelic, encouraging communication skills at a young age. This book is intended for both the hearing and hearing impaired, the book uses clear photos of each sign, demonstrated by the author's son, and the character of Cathal and his family, to introduce basic vocabulary, including the alphabet, numbers, days of the week and family members. Irish translation by Somhairlín ní Maonaigh.
