This is a concise dictionary of British Sign Language invaluable for the learner and experienced signer. The photos are of very good quality and descriptive text well put and easy to understand.
The signs are mainly BSL with multi-channel signs being included. It is clearly arranged and easy to use. Handshapes are clearly demonstrated, with the notation of signs explained in detail. The reader is encouraged to look up signs seen, but previously not understood. This is a classic that deserves a place on every bookshelf.
