Postal charges to UK Mainland 
(Delivery charges are calculated automatically on the final weight of your order) 

Anything over 1kg cannot be sent 2ndclass but can be sent as standard parcel and items are normally delivered within 3-5 working days:

HOW TO ORDER
Order online
Find the products you want to order by browsing the website and then pay online using our secure PayPal facility. You will receive a confirmation e mail which will contain your order number. Our web site is VeriSign Secured. Buy with confidence, the web site is secure when you go to the check-out, this is when the padlock and the https appears. 
Order by Telephone
Place your order by telephoning 0116 257 4800 between the hours of 9am to 5pm Monday to Friday using your credit or debit card.
Order by Post
Send your order by post to Action Deafness Books at The Peepul Centre, Orchardson Avenue, Leicester LE4 6DP.  If you write out your order please print clearly and include quantity,  item description and item cost. Print your name and delivery address clearly and include payment. If you are paying by cheque, please make the cheque payable to  Action Deafness Ltd.

How you can pay
We accept payment through PayPal from the followingcards: Visa, AMEX, Mastercard, Maestro, Delta.  We also accept Bankers draft in Pounds Sterling, Postal orders, Cheques (£ Pounds Sterling only) and Cash (send by recorded delivery). Please allow 21 days for delivery if paying by cheque.
Cheques must be made payable to Action Deafness Ltd.
How orders are processed
We aim to deliver your order right away. Certain items may take longer (if out of stock). Orders placed at the weekend are processed on the next working day. This is usually Monday with the exception of Bank Holidays.
Refunds
If any books or DVDs need to be returned for a refund please repackage them carefully and enclose your details and an explanatory note. Postage will not be refunded in certain cases.

Exchanges
If you need to exchange goods please repackage them carefully and enclose a note with your address, action to be taken and a repeat postage charge. If your order was faulty upon receipt or incorrectly supplied by Action Deafness Books then no postage charge need be enclosed.
